Jennifer L. Ramon

Attorney | Managing Partner
Jennifer L. Ramon, licensed in Ohio and Michigan, is the founder of Ramon Law and co-founder of Ramon & Corney Law, where she focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Business Transactions, and Real Estate. With a background that includes serving at Anspach Law and contributing to federal prosecutions at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Jennifer brings a depth of legal experience and strategic insight to her clients.

She has advised numerous local businesses, provided pro bono legal services, and worked in the Bowling Green Municipal Court, demonstrating her commitment to both professional excellence and community service. Past-President of the Toledo Women’s Bar Association and TBA Elder Law Committee Member, Jennifer is a recognized leader in the legal community and actively participates in various civic and professional organizations.

Jennifer founded Ramon Law with a client-first philosophy, aiming to provide personalized, accessible legal services with integrity and care. As the firm expanded, she welcomed partner Sarah J. Corney, and together they formed Ramon Corney Law, building on that foundation while broadening the firm's ability to serve clients throughout Ohio, Michigan, and those with Florida connections. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, singing, and boating.

Sarah J. Corney

Attorney | Managing Partner
Sarah J. Corney, licensed in Ohio and Florida, is co-founder of Ramon & Corney Law, where she focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Business Planning, and Real Estate. Sarah assists individuals, families, and business owners in creating personalized plans to protect their assets, preserve their legacies, and navigate life's transitions. She brings extensive experience in estate planning, probate administration, business transactions, and real estate matters in both Ohio and Florida.

A graduate of the College of Wooster and the University of Toledo College of Law, Sarah has represented individuals and businesses through all stages of life and growth, from business formation and succession planning to estate and trust administration. Chair of the Toledo Bar Association Probate and Elder Law Committee, she is actively involved in professional and community organizations and is committed to helping clients achieve practical, long-term solutions.

Sarah joined Jennifer Ramon in forming Ramon & Corney Law to expand the firm's ability to serve individuals, families, and businesses throughout Ohio, Florida, and beyond. She is known for her thoughtful approach to legacy planning and her dedication to building lasting client relationships.

Beverly Mason

Legal Assistant
Beverly brings a diverse professional background to Ramon Corney Law, with experience in education, nonprofit services, and government work. She has contributed her skills to organizations such as Toledo Public Schools, Mom’s House, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and the U.S. Census Bureau. At Ramon Law, Beverly is responsible for data entry, client communications, and document preparation. Her attention to detail, reliability, and warm demeanor make her an integral part of the team. Outside of work, Beverly enjoys traveling and crafting.

Kristy Brinker

Paralegal
Kristy is a detail-oriented legal administrative professional currently pursuing her ABA-approved Post-Baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate at the University of Toledo. She brings over a decade of experience, with prior roles in child welfare, financial services, and adoption law. At Ramon Law, Kristy supports document preparation and drafting, contributing her strong organizational skills and commitment to professionalism.

Kylie Spiekerman

Law Clerk
Kylie is a law clerk at Ramon Corney Law. Kylie brings prior experience from the Saginaw County Prosecutor’s Office and the SVSU General Counsel’s Office, where she gained practical skills in legal research and drafting.

Kylie focuses exclusively on document preparation for estate plans, applying her attention to detail and growing legal knowledge to support the firm’s commitment to personalized and accurate estate planning services.

Jess Wegert

Law Clerk
Jess is a law clerk at Ramon Corney Law. She is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at the University of Toledo College of Law, where she maintains a strong academic record and is actively involved in several student organizations, including the Public Interest Law Association.

Jess focuses exclusively on estate planning document preparation, utilizing her attention to detail and developing legal expertise to help ensure each client receives tailored, accurate, and thoughtfully prepared estate planning documents.
