Jennifer L. Ramon

Attorney
Jennifer Ramon, licensed in Ohio and Michigan, is the founder of Ramon Law, where she focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Business Transactions, and Real Estate. With a background that includes serving at Anspach Law and contributing to federal prosecutions at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Jennifer brings a depth of legal experience and strategic insight to her clients. She has advised numerous local businesses, provided pro bono legal services, and worked in the Bowling Green Municipal Court, demonstrating her commitment to both professional excellence and community service. As the current President of the Toledo Women’s Bar Association, Jennifer is a recognized leader in the legal community and actively participates in various civic and professional organizations. Jennifer founded Ramon Law with a client-first philosophy, aiming to provide personalized, accessible legal services with integrity and care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, singing, and boating.

Beverly Mason

Legal Assistant
Beverly brings a diverse professional background to Ramon Law, with experience in education, nonprofit services, and government work. She has contributed her skills to organizations such as Toledo Public Schools, Mom’s House, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and the U.S. Census Bureau. At Ramon Law, Beverly is responsible for data entry, client communications, and document preparation. Her attention to detail, reliability, and warm demeanor make her an integral part of the team. Outside of work, Beverly enjoys traveling and crafting.

Kristy Brinker

Paralegal Intern
Kristy is a detail-oriented legal administrative professional currently pursuing her ABA-approved Post-Baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate at the University of Toledo. She brings over a decade of experience, with prior roles in child welfare, financial services, and adoption law. At Ramon Law, Kristy supports document preparation and drafting, contributing her strong organizational skills and commitment to professionalism.

Kylie Spiekerman

Law Clerk Intern
Kylie is a law clerk intern at Ramon Law and a Juris Doctor candidate at the University of Toledo College of Law. She brings prior experience from the Saginaw County Prosecutor’s Office and the SVSU General Counsel’s Office, where she gained practical skills in legal research and drafting. At Ramon Law, Kylie focuses exclusively on document preparation for estate plans, applying her attention to detail and growing legal knowledge to support the firm’s commitment to personalized and accurate estate planning services.
